I have extensive experience creating and implementing individualized education programs to address each student's unique educational needs while working toward meeting Common Core grade level standards.  I have taught students with disabilities, in the moderate to severe range, in a self-contained, special day class for 11 years at the county level, and 3 years with a local school district.  I later went on to teach an RSP model as an Education Specialist with a local charter school.  I am currently the acting administrator and LEA representative; overseeing the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans for over 200 TK - Adult students.

Testimonials

Navigating the world of education when you have a special needs child is one of the hardest things I've had to do.  There isn't anyone out there to help you figure out the educational process and doing it alone can be overwhelming and frightening, but Mrs. Hale is very knowledgeable and understanding in these areas.  She was able to put my concerns at ease and look at what I had in place and work with me to find the best placement and support for my daughter.  She knew things I had no idea were out there that could assist my child.  At a time when the school district wasn't doing what needed to be done for my little girl, Mrs. Hale was able to put my mind at ease by showing me a path to help get my daughter what she needed to access the education in a way that would work for her.  If you're looking for a great support system to show you the different options you have available, I urge you to reach out to her.  She will listen to you, do her research on your child's specific needs, attend meetings with you, advocate for you, and make you feel comfortable in this very uncomfortable process.
I promise you won't be disappointed.”
